               scrambled eggs
               bacon
               coffee

________Lunch: turkey breast sandwich
               bottle of Diet Pepsi

_______Dinner: left over stew from the 4th
               a small amount of rather poor homemade potatoe soup
               a small handful of dark chocolate
               glass of White Zin
