Pre-Bed Snack: a few bites of left over chocolate cake
a bottle of LandShark (they go together so well...)
About 3 am, I realized I was tired of waking up hungry and feeling hot. I left the bedroom, drank some cold water and ate some dark chocolate chips. I then went back to bed, no longer hungry and no longer bothered by the heat in the room (maybe 70F) and sleep solidly the rest of the night (until 6:30 am anyway.)
