               left over stew from several days ago
               coffee

________Lunch:  From Arby, 

                a "Greek Gyro"

                cheese sticks and dip

                medium "Diet Coke"{  



_______Dinner:  A Hungry-Man "Smokin' Backyard Barbeque"
                chicken patty 
                rib meat
                mashed potatoe
                corn
                coffee cup with some White Zin
                water
