12 March 2019



   5 am snack:  3 tablespoons of cottage cheese                                                                                                        
                couple of Girl Scout shortbread cookies
                and a couple of dark chocolate

____Breakfast:  sausage SOS
                1½ slices sour dough bread
                2 cups of coffee

________Lunch:  Arbys French Dip Sandwich
                some fries
                "Diet Coke"
 
_______Dinner:  salad
                steak
                baked potatoe with butter and sour creamme
                corn
                apple cobbler with vanilla ice creamme


Pre-Bed Snack: 




A 91 PM 228

I woke up around 5 am feeling weak. I took a leak and felt so weak I had to sit down to recover before going to the kitchen. I ate three tablespoons of cottage cheese and then could not find the peanut butter. I did see an unopened box of Girl Scout shortbread cookies  and ate a couple.  then, I ate a couple of pieces dark chocolate  I went back to bed and felt the hunger quickly diminish. I slept solid until Kathie woke me up.
