________Lunch: Subway sub beef sandwich
               potatoe chips
               medium "Diet Coke"

_______Dinner: KFC
               3 pieces extra crispy chicken
               corn
               potatoe wedges
               medium "Diet Pepsi"

b I "fried" the eggs in a small fry pan with a lid covering them. The eggs fried but I think they were also steamed as the yokes were runny but the whites were firm. I'll have to try this again.

I was feeling very hungry and weak at 8 pm, just before having dinner. I was not too surprised to see I had dropped to a blood level of 64 given what little I had eaten today. I did have a small spoon of chocolate fudge in the late afternoon...
