               2 butter milk pancakes with maple syrup
               sirloin tips (medium)
               2 eggs over medium
               coffee
               iced water

________Lunch: left overs from last night (but so late as to be a snack) 


_______Dinner: broccoli
               steak (most of one)
               baked potatoe (most of one)
               glass of Fosters lager
