Breakfast: oatmeal, small slice of sour dough bread with peanut butter
and coffee

Lunch: Burger King double hamberger, fries and medium "Diet Coke"

Snack: bad coffee and four "Little Debbie" powder sugar donuts (I'm
getting real tired of them and hopefully, I'll stop buying/eating them!)

Dinner: Healthy Choice Tomato Basil Penne (9 grain penne topped with
tomatoes, onions, sweet basil and mozzarella cheese), some popcorn and
iced water (I don't especially like this meal.)

Breakfast: wheaties and a small slice of sour dough bread with peanut

Snack: coffee and four Little Debbies sugar coated donuts

Lunch: a small amount of low fat yogurt with strawberries and some Splenda

Desert: a small Burger King chocolate milk shake (McDonald's was out of
chocolate; like I'm going back there in the near future???)

Dinner: corned beef hash, water and indigestion (This will teach me not
to grab a can of food at Dillions' simply because I had to leave my
evening meal in the car while I did some running around in 95 degree
heat this afternoon)

Breakfast: wheaties and coffee

Breakfast continued: I had some left over corned beef in the refer and had that on sour dough bread

Lunch: hamberger, bowl of chicken noodle soup and ice water

My stomach was upset again about an hour after lunch. Maybe the grease in the hamberger got me or the corned beef sandwhich. I don't know but I do know I'm not looking forward to eatting dinner tonight...

Breakfast: Aunt Jemima pancakes and sausage and coffee

Lunch: At King's Buffet, lots of different meat, some rice and for desert, a little vinilla ice creamme, choclate ice creamme and choclate pudding on it.

Dinner: Baked chicken, rice pilof, aspargus and water

Pre-Bed Snack: a gin-n-tonic

This was a serious mistake! I had barely drank a couple of mouthfulls when I was sick to my stomack. It took a couple of hours, but I eventually barfed in the back yard. Perhaps not being on that Nexium has upset my stomach so that the fat in the rice pilof was more than I could handle?

Breakfast: wheaties with a banana, coffee

Snack: a can of DP and four "Little Debbies" powder sugar donuts (I was quite hungry after spending 2 hours and 5 minutes mowing the yard and trimming same)

Lunch: low fat plain yogurt, mixed with strawberries and water.

Lunch 2: (I was still hungry) A Hormel Compleates™ Meatloaf with potatoes & gravy and a can of DP (I drink too damn many of these...)

It has been years since I ate one of these and I had forgotten that I'm not very fond of the taste of the gravy. My dog, however, didn't seem to care about that when he "cleaned up" the bowl...

Breakfast: wheaties, a banana and coffee

Lunch: a corned beef sandwich on sour dough bread, a banana and iced water

Dinner: a 6" Subway Sub meatball sandwich and a bottle of water

I didn't have enough money to buy a foot long sub; my goal was to buy a nice dinner for5 Kathie and buy meself something with the left over money. After all, if I was still hungry, I would be going home and could get myself something but Kathie had to work j(she plays "The Temperance Lady" in the Boot Hill Museum "Long Branch Variety Show" and would not be able to get any more foot until then.

As it turned out, I wasn't hungry after dinner and I hope this is a sign the new diabetes medication (Januvia) is suppressing my appetite.

Lunch: Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Cajun Style Chicken & Shrimp
(Chicken Tenderloin & Shrimp with Rice and Vegetables in Spicy
Cajun-Style Sauce) and ice water

Snack: some crapy popcorn, a couple of pieces of dark choclate and a can of DP

Dinner: Three of four pieces of Meat Lovers pizza. Tonight would have been a great night to take the Nexium but I was clumsy and dropped all six I had left! I just hope Tums will suffice; I'll have to buy some Priosex tomorrow...

Lunch 2: still hungery, I had a Wendy's single hamberger, baked pototoe
with sour creamme and butter and a small frostie (clearly, humidity and
hunger was giving me the munchies)

Dinner: salad and water

Breakfast: At Vernon's Place for
  1. two pork chips,
  2. two eggs over medium,
  3. hash browns,
  4. whole wheat bread with grape jelly and
  5. 2-3 cups of coffee
They have changed their way of making toast: they no longer butter the toast but give customers a little tublette of butter.

Lunch: tomatoe soup with cracker and a can of DP

Dinner: hamberger, baked potatoe, a little bit of broccoli florets and water

Pre-Bed Snack: I ate four Little Debbie sugar coated donuts even though I was sdreaming at myself Don't eat this! I should have listened to myself; I'm feeling ill...

Breakfast: left over steak, three scrambled eggs and coffee

Lunch: left over corned beef on left over sour dough bread and a can of DP

Snack: a kind of homemade bread

  1. three cups of flour mixed with
  2. 2 tablespoons of baking soda,
  3. a tablespoon of baking powder, mixed with
  4. about 12 oz of bad beer
I baked this at 350°F for about 35 minutes.

Not too bad...

Dinner: the last of the bag of boneless, skinned chicken, boiled rice and broccoli

Lunch: At Casey's Cowtown, a large hamberger, french fries and water

Snack: a small McDonald's choclate milkshake - it was a very hot and humid day and I simply had food cravings

Dinner: Steak and baked potatoe

Pre-Bed Snack:At Midnight at the Relay Walk: 3 slim slices of pizza and some bottled water...
