Breakfast: At Vernon's Place for
  1. two pork chips,
  2. two eggs over medium,
  3. hash browns,
  4. whole wheat bread with grape jelly and
  5. 2-3 cups of coffee
They have changed their way of making toast: they no longer butter the toast but give customers a little tublette of butter.

Lunch: tomatoe soup with cracker and a can of DP

Dinner: hamberger, baked potatoe, a little bit of broccoli florets and water

Pre-Bed Snack: I ate four Little Debbie sugar coated donuts even though I was sdreaming at myself Don't eat this! I should have listened to myself; I'm feeling ill...
