Breakfast: wheaties, a slice of sour dough bread with peanut butter and
coffee

Snack: two hot dogs on sour dough bread and water

Lunch: Several pieces of fried chicken, a potatoes casserole and some
chocolate pie, with ice tea

Dinner: Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Cajun Style Chicken & Scrimp
(Chicken Tenderloin & Scrimp with Rice and Vegetables in Spicy
Cajun-Style Sauce), a bag Cheeze-It (Baked Snack Crackers) and water
