Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee

Snack: several chunks of white cake with white froasting

Lunch: At Montana Mike's, a 1/2 lb hamberger, french fries and Diet Pepsi

Dinner: fried chicken, a lot of broccoli, a little bit of mashed potatoes and gravy. I had water to drink.
