Breakfast: wheaties and coffee

Snack: the last four Little Debbie power sugar donuts and coffee

Lunch: plain yogurt with strawberries and an orange

Dinner: Healthy Choice Grilled Chicken BBQ (White Meat Chicken in BBQ
Sauce, Redsiin Potatoes, Broccoli & Caramel Apple Crisp) and water
