Breakfast: wheaties with a banana, coffee

Snack: a can of DP and four "Little Debbies" powder sugar donuts (I was quite hungry after spending 2 hours and 5 minutes mowing the yard and trimming same)

Lunch: low fat plain yogurt, mixed with strawberries and water.

Lunch 2: (I was still hungry) A Hormel Compleates™ Meatloaf with potatoes & gravy and a can of DP (I drink too damn many of these...)

It has been years since I ate one of these and I had forgotten that I'm not very fond of the taste of the gravy. My dog, however, didn't seem to care about that when he "cleaned up" the bowl...
