Breakfast: wheaties and a small slice of sour dough bread with peanut
butter and coffee

Snack: coffee and four Little Debbies sugar coated donuts

Lunch: a small amount of low fat yogurt with strawberries and some Splenda

Desert: a small Burger King chocolate milk shake (McDonald's was out of
chocolate; like I'm going back there in the near future???)

Dinner: corned beef hash, water and indigestion (This will teach me not
to grab a can of food at Dillions' simply because I had to leave my
evening meal in the car while I did some running around in 95 degree
heat this afternoon)
