Breakfast: wheaties and coffee
Breakfast continued: I had some left over corned beef in the refer and had that on sour dough bread
Lunch: hamberger, bowl of chicken noodle soup and ice water
My stomach was upset again about an hour after lunch. Maybe the grease in the hamberger got me or the corned beef sandwhich. I don't know but I do know I'm not looking forward to eatting dinner tonight...
