Lunch: Cafe Steamers Cajun Scrimp and water
Lunch 2: a McDonald's 10 piece chicken thingies, fries and Diet Coke
Snack: a bag of four Little Debbies sugar coated donuts (no wonder I can't lose weight given the munchies I seem to get all to often...)
Dinner: a little big of meatloaf, rice and broccoli florets
