Breakfast: Small bowl bran flakes and toasted Englilsh muffin with 2-3 tablespoons peatnut butter.

Lunch: Healthy Choice "Grilled Chicken Marinara"

Dinner: Dillion's salad and after testing 139 two hours after "dinner", I had a gin and tonic.
