Several days...

Breakfast: Bowl of shredded wheat, slice of ham and coffee.

Breakfast: Brunch at "El Torito" (near Eugene Oregon): ham and cheese omlette, flan, woffles, woffle stick thingies (a "Jack O'Neill"ism), orange juice/champaign and coffee

Lunch: didn't bother...

Dinner: At my brother Jim's: roast boneless skinless chicken, a potatoe casseroll, salad, toasted French Bread and little cube shaped cheese cakes.

"Snack...": Gin and tonic...

Breakfast: Bowl of shredded wheat, slice of ham and coffee.

Lunch: Bugger King: Angus burger, fries and Diet Pepsi.

Dinner: At Rodeo Steak House in Junction City, Oregon: onion peddles, salad, KC strip steak, baked potatoes, rolls.

Breakfast: shredded wheat, two pieces of whole wheat toast, coffee and a Diet Pepsi...

Breakfast: scrambled eggs, coffee

Lunch: ham and potatoe caseral

Dinner: scrimp, pork chips, boiled potatoes, brocolli

"Snack...": Gin and tonic...

I'm in a hurry; we've got packing to do and my Father In
Law's computer is one really <i>slow</i> piece of crap...

Are you serious? Is this really what you eat? After an EKG at the hospital you ate like that. Let me introduce you to Isagenix and see if your health improves...

Yeah, that's pretty much what I eat when I'm visiting my relatives. At home, I try to do better.

I appreciate your reamrks and thank you for the concern. You sound disgusted with my diet and truthfully, so am I. It is simply better that someone tell me I'm screwing up rather than being indifferent.

I'm trying to "reform" if only because I want to lose weight and because I've got an A1C test coming up in November...
