Breakfast: Aunt Jamima pancakes, a DP and coffee.
Lunch: Healthy6 choice "Beef Pot Roast" with gravy, carrots, Roasted Potatoes and Apple/Raisin Crisp.
Dinner: A salad, baking soda bisquits, mashed potatoes with homemade gravy, "Salsbery Steak" (ground mystery meat) covdred with gravy and water. (I wish I'd written down where I'd eatten; I'm transcribing from my paper notes to blog...)
