Breakfast: two slices of pan warmed ham, two scrambled eggs, two slices toasted sour dough bread, a cup of coffee (in the "Bear" coffee cup) and a Diet Pepsi...

Lunch: hamburger, fries, Diet Pepsi at Dairy Queen

Dinner: Steak, baked potato, salad at Maxine's at Lincoln City, Oregon.
