Breakfast: cream of wheat and a cup of coffee.
Lunch: At Casey's: Roast beef, scoop of mashed potatoes, corn and two glasses of Diet Pepsi.
Post Lunch: A no-sugar choclate covered ice cream bar and I'm about to have a bisquit (left over from yesterday)
Dinner: Marie Callender's Country Fried Beef Steak with Mashed Potatoes, Gravy & Glazed Carrots
