Lunch: Arby's chicken salad and an hour later, "Healthy Choice" something or another (very badly written notes), chicken soup and a slice of what bread with peanut butter and a DP...
Dinner: South Beach Diet Orange Beef (Beef slices and Brown rice in orange sauce with brocolli, bamboo shoots and carrots)
