Breakfast: Two glasses of water (It was my physical day...)

Lunch: Wendy's double burger, baked potatoe and sour cream and chives, diet coke.

Snack: the small McDonald's choclate milk shake (I do know how to parr-tee!)

Dinner: Healthy Choice: Mesquite chicken BBQ (strange tasting sauce...)
