Breakfast: left over roast beef and a couple of slices of bread (to soak up the juices; as gravy goes, this was not one of my successes...)
Lunch: A salad from Dillions...
Dinner: Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast with Gravy, Carrots, Roasted Potatoes and Apple Raisin Crisp.
