Breakfast: cream of wheat, 2 pieces of dry toast and coffe (several cups...)
Lunch: homemade glop: leftover rice pilof, canned chicken, brocolli flowers and DP.

Lunch: Unnoted...

Dinner: salad (good for me), various toppings (not so good for me) and no sugar cooked Choclate Pudding (sort of good for me) with choclate chips - many choclate chips - add (not so good for me). So, how did I do scorewise?

ADDENDUM or is it answer written on the 20th: Hummm, got a 121 on the blood sugar reading the next morning after a 13 (or so) hour fast.

Ouch!!! On the one hand, this isn't going to help on the November 2006 A1C test but on the other hand, that is five (5!) months from now and plenty of time for me to be good...
