Breakfast: Shredded wheat (bite sized), a banana, 2% milk and coffee.


Lunch: Wendys: A double hamberger, baked potatoe with sour cream and butter (but they saved me from the horror of butter by not putting any on the baked potatoe) and a Diet Pepsi...


Dinner: 14th Street Dillion's salad and part of a batch of "no sugar, no fat" cooked choclate pudding (to which I'd added some dark choclate chips)
