Breakfast: big bowl cream of wheat, 2 slices dry whole wheat toast and aup of coffee.
Snack: Another bag of cheese crackers and a DP...
Lunch: Chicken Fried Chicken with white gravy, scoup of mashed potatoes also with white gravy, corn and a couple of DP.
