Snack: Three banannas (not too ripe), a DP and another cup of coffee.Lunch: At Wendy's: Half pound "classic" hamberger, with baked potatoe, Diet Coke.
Dinner: A salad from 14th Street Dillions and water. My blood sugar was 116 two hours after I finished eating so I guess these salads are good for me. I'm just getting so tired of eatting them...
