Breakfast: At "Vernon's Place": two eggs over medium, hash browns, well
done bacon, whole wheat toast with grape jelly and 3 cups of coffee

Lunch: Two hambergers and water

Dinner: Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Cajun Style Chicken & Shrimp
(Chicken Tenderloin & Scrimp with Rice and Vegetables in Spicy
Cajun-Style Sauce) and water

Snack: 1.5 oz bag of Cheez-Its
