Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee

Lunch: plain yogurt with strawberries and later, a corned beef samwhich
and a bottle of DP.

Dinner: Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Chicken Red pepper Alfredo (chicken
tenderloins with Linguini & broccoli in roasted red pepper alfredo
sauce) and water

Desert: 6 little Oreo cookies
