Breakfast: cheerios and coffee
Lunch: from the "new" Wendy's: a double hamburger with a baked potatoe with sour creamme and butter and chives and a "medium" Diet Pepsi
Snack: about a tablespoon of orange sherbet
Dinner: left over steak from yesterday, the rest of the stew meat from the other day (boiled), the rest of the baked potatoe from yesterday and about a cup to a cup and a half of boiled carrots (and I drank iced water of course...)
