Breakfast: cheerios and coffee

Lunch: Kathie did baked chicken with:
  • bowl of asparagus
  • baked chicken with
  • dressing and
  • several scoops of strawberry sherbet with chocolate "shell" and
  • cold water
Dinner: a mixture of healthy and starchy or meat...
  • well baked and sliced thin pork chops
  • a small potatoe chopped and boiled with
  • white rice and
  • some iced water...
