Breakfast: wheaties and coffee

Lunch: a small amount of left over chicken and rice pilof, plus coffee

Snack: some Cheeze-Its and coffee...

Snack 2: bowl of chicken noodle soup and some nuked egg

Dinner: a corned beef sandwich, a little bit of potatoe salad and a bottle of water
