Breakfast: th left over pork chop, two ears of corn, baked potatoe and a bottle of Diet Pepsi (it seemed the best opportunity to be rid of left overs...)
 
Lunch: Kathie baked a chicken, with dressing and aspargius, and iced water
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf dinner and cold water
