Breakfast: cherios and coffee
Lunch: at Subway Sub, a foot long chicken, lettuce, light mayo on whole wheat with a glass of "Diet Pepsi" (and a wifey lecture on how diet drinks cause cardio trouble)
Snack: some dark chocolate and coffee
Dinner: Healthy Choice Sweet & Tangy Chicken BBQ (Chicken Tenderlions in Whiskey BBQ Saudfe, Corn, Whipped Potatoes and Caramel Apple Dessert) and cold water
Snack: 6 little Oreos and cold water
