Breakfast: homemade SOS on mashed potatoes and coffee
Snack: a couple of donuts and coffee at work
Lunch: three slices of pizza (at work) and a can of Pepsi One (I'm getting acclimated to the taste and this is a bit disturbing...)
Dinner: Healthy Choice Lemon Pepper Fish, rice and cold water (also at work...)
Snack: bag of popcorn and cold water
