Breakfast:Cherios and coffee
Snack:some beef jerky
Lunch:Subway Sub footlong meatball and chips and a "Diet Coke"
Snack:a couple of chunks of Dark Chocoloate
Dinner:Healthy Choice Meatloaf dinner and cold water
Snack:
I like the Healthy Choice Meatloaf Dinner but should not eat it too often lest I get bored with it...
