Breakfast: grits with chopped up chicken and some margarine and a can of Pepsi Zero
 
Snack: peanut butter and grape jelly on sour dough bread and coffee
 
Lunch: at Casa Alveraz (a Mexican place) for chips, several dishes and "Diet Pepsi"
 
Dinner:  Healthy Choice meatloaf and cold water
