Breakfast: home made chilli on rice. The chilli was made of:
  • can of tomatoe sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of bitter baking chocolate
  • some chopped up extra sharp Tillamook Cheddar Cheese
  • some browned and chopped up hamburger
  • verious spices
This turned out quite well...

Lunch:  Long John Silver for a piece of chicken, piece of fish, fries, a couple of bread things and a medium "Diet Pepsi"

Dinner:
