_____Breakfast: left over steak, rice pilaf and coffee
________Lunch:  Healthy Choice fish and bottled water             SNACK:   can of all meat chili and a bottle of Diet Pepsi_______Dinner:  We went to "Bad Habits Bar and Grill" and I had:
  • split order of cheese sticks with Kathie
  • salad
  • most of a T-bone steak
  • most of a baked potatoe
  • slice of "Texas Toast" and honey
  • iced water
The food was quite good and the service excellent! I'm glad we went!

Pre-Bed Snack:  a couple of chunks of dark chocolate
