________Lunch: Healthy Choice fish and bottled water SNACK: can of all meat chili and a bottle of Diet Pepsi_______Dinner: We went to "Bad Habits Bar and Grill" and I had:
- split order of cheese sticks with Kathie
- salad
- most of a T-bone steak
- most of a baked potatoe
- slice of "Texas Toast" and honey
- iced water
Pre-Bed Snack: a couple of chunks of dark chocolate
