22 March 2013 (amended)



Breakfast:   oatmeal and coffee with chocolate chip cookies (2) in mid morning.
 
Lunch:  a can of Chef Boyardee spaghetti and meatballs (all I had in the cabinet that looks appealing) and a can of Pepsi Zero.
 
 Dinner:  We went to Montana Mikes  and I had:
  • salad with French Dressing
  • 8 oz filet
  • baked potatoe
  • roll
  • two bottles of "Batch 19" (an excellent beer and not a light beer!)
 
Snack at home: some dark chocoolate and cold water
