5 March 2013

Breakfast: the left over spaghetti and coffee

Lunch: at Wendys for
  • a ¼ pounder hamburger with ketchup and mustard, no cheese (I got a lot of cheese in place of mustard)
  • baked potatoe with butter and sour creamme (They gave me extra butter and sour creamme)
  • a medium "Diet Coke"
They put instead tartar sauce instead of mayo on my wife's ¼ pounder hamburger but she liked it...

Dinner: a ham sandwich, a boiled ear of corn on the cob, two bananas and iced water

AM  79   PM  202

Since I moved one of my evening pills (glyburide) to the morning (where I should have been taking them!) and the Januvia to the evening, I should have stopped getting the low morning blood sugar levels (i.e. 77) and should have lower evening blood sugar levels.  So much for theory...

It is hard to believe that what I had for dinner could lead to such an elevated score; I wonder if the meter is right?
