Breakfast: from Burger King, their SOS and coffee

Lunch: Healthy Choice fish and bottled water

Snack after the blood drive: A cheese and ham sandwich, small amount of
cookies, chips and canned orange juice

Snack #2: chips and dark chocolate

Dinner: a Subway Sub foot long sandwich and bottled water

AM: 80 PM: 208
