Breakfast: * Homemade hamburger SOS on a biscuit and coffee

    Lunch: * Arby chicken things
           * Arby onion rings
           * Arby "Diet Pepsi"

   Dinner:   Kathie made
           * fried salmon
           * baked potatoe
           * asparagus
           * big coffee cup of White Zin
           * glass of tap water

    Snack: * small piece of chocolate
           * peanut butter and grape jelly on a slice of 
             sour dough bread
