________Lunch: * at the DCCC for chicken and sausage stew on rice, 
               * salad, 
               * chocolate pudding and
               * "Diet Pepsi"

_______Dinner: * steak
               * baked potatoe
               * boiled broccoli 
               * bottle of Stella Artois

 Pre-Bed Snack:  dark chocolate chips and popcorn*


* I hope I can keep this shit down; I feel a bit nauseated...
