Breakfast: * leftover steak
* left over baked potatoe
* two large eggs
* large cup of coffee
I warmed the chopped up steak and potatoe in a small fry pan, then mixed in the two eggs for a form of scrambled eggs/omlette. It was adequate and I don't plan on repeating this anytime soon.
Snack: about a teaspoon of fudge
Lunch: McDonalds chicken, fries and "Diet Pepsi"
Snack: teaspoon of chocolate fudge
Dinner: * left over chicken from Sunday,
* a slice of sour dough bread with pb-n-gj^
Snack:
^ pb-n-gj is peanut butter and grape jelly
