_____Breakfast: 3 small pancakes and coffee

________Lunch:  From Burger King
              *  a double quarter pounder
              *  medium onion rings
              *  medium "Diet Coke"

_______Dinner:  This was left over night and I had:
              *  the last of the homemade meat pizza
              *  can of creamme of chicken soup (skimped on water)
              *  mixed with left over chicken from last night
              *  a glass of White Zin
