                     slice sour dough bread 
                     coffee


           Lunch: left over hamburger pizza
                     Diet Pepsi  
                     

        Snack: dark chocolate chips   

       Dinner: Appleby 8 oz sirloin steak
                     mashed potatoes
                     breoccoli florets
