____Breakfast: oatmeal
               toast with peanut butter and strawberry jam
               coffee


________Lunch: 2 left over slices eat pizza


        Snack: Sharp Tillamook Cheddar cheese on slice sour dough bread 


_______Dinner: steak
               baked potatoe
               broccoli
               beer (some "Uncle Johnys" and then "1872" 


Pre-Bed Snack: dark chocolate chips 
               popcorn
