    Breakfast: 1 badly poached egg
               2 slices sour dough toast with peanut butter
               coffee 
           

        Snack: cashews               dark chocolate chips   

        Lunch:  can of tomatoe soup made with milk and    
                   two boled and chopped hot dogs and
                        boiled noodles
                 Diet Pepsi

              
       Dinner: roast beef with potatoes, carrots and onions
              White Zin
              

Pre-Bed Snack: dark chocolate chips
              gin-n-tonic
