    Breakfast: cherios
               slice sour dough toast with peanut butter and srawberry jam
               coffee 


        Snack: small amount of meat loaf   


        Lunch: can of tomatoe soup with boiled noodles
               iced water

        Snack: dark chocolate chips  

       Dinner: home made hamburger pizza
               LandShark


Pre-bed snack: gin-n-tonic
